At Upbeats, we believe that group exercise benefits not only our physical bodies, but also our emotional and mental wellbeing. We also know it's important to dedicate time and space to grow in these areas.
On January 30, we’ll take a (quick) break from physical movement (athleisure is still acceptable) and focus on our emotional and mental wellbeing with a workshop dedicated to our 2020 resolution, PLAY!
The workshop, facilitated by experienced leader, coach, and facilitator, Susan Mann, will help us embrace what’s possible when we stress less and make more room in our lives for play.
