All of a sudden, it’s been TEN years since I started my business!
The biggest feeling I have as I celebrate this milestone? Tremendous gratitude for the clients I’ve served. Wholehearted thanks for entrusting me with your dreams and struggles. It’s a meaningful honor to witness and support you as you strive to be and do your best. Seeing your efforts and achievements is what keeps me doing this work.
These past ten years have taken me around the world: literally via jets, boats, trains and virtually via Zoom / Teams. I’ve facilitated workshops and retreats across the USA and from Australia to Switzerland, as well as coached people from fifteen different time zones.
Another joy of having my own business is that “I’m the boss of my schedule.” I love having the freedom to enjoy morning coffee at 7am with my husband Charles Bergman, instead of commuting on I-5, and having the luxury of taking long weekends when I want.
Being a solopreneur can feel a bit lonely sometimes. I’m fortunate to be part of several incredible communities doing great work in the world. These are among my most important places of belonging.

Are you wondering why the penguin logo? My husband Chuck and I love the natural world – especially the charming, brave penguin. Over a period of 15 years, we traveled to some of the most remote spots on the planet in pursuit of our wild dream to see all 18 penguin species. In 2017, we did it when we saw the Northern Rockhopper on Tristan da Cunha Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. My penguin painting and logo symbolize having big dreams and going for them.
